I have a love/hate relationship with TER. Believe me, I UNDERSTAND that these guys don't want to be ripped off. On the other hand, I hate the fact that they give EVERY FUCKING DETAIL on EVERY FUCKING SESSION that they do.

They call it "the hobby" but I don't quite think they UNDERSTAND that we are trying to make a living here. We have families to take care of and bills to pay. We have a TALENT (well, most of us do) for what we do but we're not here just to serve the "public". We are here because we are smart, independent girls who have real lives outside of this business and a 9 to 5 job just won't cut it! Everytime a TER member does something without thinking about what the consequences may bring, a person gets hurt- PERIOD.

Several friends of mine had their places shut down BECAUSE of the details given in the TER reviews. They practically gave the address and directions to the location and describe (in full detail) every act they performed.

This makes it possible for (you know who) to just sit back at there desks, type a little bit and find what they're looking for quickly and efficently. Well, Hell- thanks TER!

NOW! On the other hand...TER does do a great service for the members who have been ripped off in the past. If they are looking for something specific and you don't do it, they'll know from your reviews. If your reviews are good, more business comes your way- SUPER! If you have a few okay reviews (because one or two guys were assholes or you were having a bad day) those will show up as well and could hurt your business. There ARE several ways to boost your business on the site as well (sorry, my secret) and generally the POLITE GENTLEMAN on the site won't kiss and tell (too much) because they know better.

You are only hurting yourself if you book appointments and don't show up, don't show up at your incall place (if you're working for someone), are constantly late, continue to cancel clients or split from your location without calling a client back and cancelling the session.

If you chose this as your "profession", you need to be prepared to work. There are a billion girls out there that are ready and willing to be made up, dressed to the nines, have gas in there car, a smile on there face , get their personal business done on their off hours and show up to where the need to be, when they need to be there!
